By creating an account or using AZLens ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

AZLens provides YouTube channel analytics, competitor research, keyword and niche tools, and AI-assisted content ideas for creators. Figures such as earnings estimates and opportunity scores are estimates, not guarantees, and AI outputs are suggestions you should review before acting on.

You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be old enough to hold a Google account and to consent to these Terms in your country.

AZLens uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and are bound by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke AZLens's access to your Google data at any time via your Google security settings.

AI features are metered with credits. A Free tier includes a monthly credit allowance; a Pro tier includes a larger allowance and access to Pro-only features. Where paid subscriptions are offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, no circumventing usage limits or the credit system, and no using it to violate YouTube's or Google's terms.

AI-generated content, earnings estimates, and scores are provided for information only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are notprofessional, financial, or investment advice. You're responsible for reviewing and verifying anything before you rely on it or publish it.

You keep ownership of the topics, text, and other content you enter. You grant AZLens the limited right to process it in order to provide the Service (including sending relevant data to our AI provider to generate a response).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that estimates, scores, or AI outputs are accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, AZLens is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on estimates or AI outputs from the Service.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
